Hi all,
  I've tried to search the archives and have not been successful so I apologize if this information is there.  I need help with a celiac vegetarian low calories, high protein diet and the several nutritonists I've tried had not been knowledgable.  I've known more than they have.  If anyone has suggestions I would be very grateful.  Since I live a small IA town I'd prefer someone I could work with by email or phone.  I'm thinking of trying the U of Iowa celiac group but don't know anything about them.
