Hi,
After one member posted that the above cereals were cross-contaminated, and
after I had examined the company's website and found nothing about a
warning of cross-contamination for these Puffed rice cereals, although they
were not on their GF cereal list, I e-mailed the company and asked them if
it was really the case.
They answered me back that they were not GF, and had cross-contamination.
I'm French Canadian, and on the french part at the back of the bag, they
say in french: "biological brown rice is delicious, nutritive and gluten-
free"
For me, it means it is really gluten-free.

I bought a case of them, and still have all of it but 2 bags.

I have eaten this for 2 years now. I'm very upset.

After responding to them and explain the above, all they asnsered back to
me is a laconic: "The info. is correct, the grain is gluten free but we do
not label the product as gluten free."

My point is: if it is contaminated with gluten, it is not gluten-free. So
why do they state it is?

I always spoke for this company and encouraged members to eat their
products, but in this case, I'm disappointed of them.

However, I still believe the ones on their GF list are o.k.

I want to warn you that even if it is stated in French that these brown
rice cereals are GF, it is not the case,

Mireille
