Thank you to everyone for your input on the gluten flour question. In case
you didn't see my original posting, my son has been calling in to "Do You
Want To Be A Millionaire" and asked a series of questions. His last
question was, put the following items in order, high to low, according to
the amount of gluten they contain. He was incorrect and extremely
frustrated because of his father's Celiac. He was never given the correct
answer, so this is the consensus I received from the list:

12 people said, Bread, All Purpose, Pastry, Cake
8 people said, Bread, All Purpose, Cake, Pastry
3 people said Bread, Pastry, All Purpose, Cake
2 people said, Bread, Pastry, Cake, All Purpose
1 - Pastry, All Purpose, Bread, Cake
1 - Bread, Cake, All Purpose, Pastry
1 - Pastry, Bread, All Purpose, Cake

If you folks (experts in my opinion) couldn't come up with a definitive
answer, it seems to me that it is a pretty obscure question to ask. I guess
it isn't easy to get a million dollars! Thank you for all your answers.
