Dear Listmates:

This is my first post to the list so I hope that I am doing it
right. I can't figure out how to access the archives (if anyone can
help that would be great) so I hope that I am not being redundant in my
question.

My two year old daughter was diagnosed in February with CD. I would
like to make some homemade spaghetti sauce and freeze it for future
use--commercial brands are spendy and have lots of garlic! Here are the
questionable ingredients that I will be using, if you can help with
store-brand names or brands from health food stores that are GF that
would be great. I shop at Natures Northwest, Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer,
Safeway and Albertson's. I am really not quite sure what I should be
looking for when buying these products, as far as safe or not.

tomato sauce
tomato paste
canned stewed tomatoes
canned mushrooms (think these are okay)
garlic salt or powder???

Thank you in advance for your help. I have been on this list for three
months and think that you all are a wonderful help. What a great
CD-team we have, I feel very fortunate.
