Amid all the conversation about the brevity of freshness in GF baked
goods, I have one happy suggestion. Sorella's Bakery in southern NJ
makes wonderful biscottines in several flavors. I've ordered some by
mail; they arrive fresh and only improve with age, becoming more crunchy
and biscotti-like in time. They don't get stale, they get Better!
