I recently asked if anyone knew if Ethnic Gourmet frozen meals are still
gluten-free. Their old packaging used to say Gluten-free, but the new ones
do not. There is no 800# to call. I only received two replies - one asking
me to pass on any info, and the other sending me a copy of a letter she
received from them which she found to be very confusing, as I did also.

However, in checking their newest packaging, I found at the end of the
ingredient list the notation: Allergens, wheat, peanuts (varies with
meal). This does help somewhat in at least knowing if wheat is present, but
is not specific enough to let us be comfortable using the products.

If anyone has received an understandable letter or phone related message
regarding this company, please share it. Keep healthy, Jeanne
