Last night I attended a business-related dinner at the Planetarium in
Chicago. It was a dinner for almost 500, and a gluten-free meal had been
requested for me. It was a pleasant surprise when I got an outstanding
gf meal. My dinner was the same as everyone else's except for the sauce;
it included a salad with greens, citrus, and nuts, a small piece of beef
tenderloin, a piece of sea bass, some potatoes and green beans. The
sauce on my beef seemed to be a puree of red peppers and perhaps some
other vegetables. I learned that the caterer was Food for Thought in the
Chicago area. I would highly recommend them.
