Hi all,

I am an Italian guy and in August I am going to visit the West National 
Parks of US (Yosemite, Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, Yellowstone, Arches, 
Mesa Verde, Monument Valley). As you can image, I am coeliac and I am 
quite worried on how I could feed myself.
Are there stores where I can buy g.f. food? Or are there restaurants 
where I can eat safely.
