Does this sound like Dermatitis Herpetiformis?
The last several weeks I had developed peeling on both of my hands
between the middle finger and the two fingers surrounding it (index & ring). Originally it was peeling and now it now is red and cracking and itchy.

Also, I have had no gluten: could this be from other foods I am
reacting to? I have has casein and I think I am intolerant to it.

Also, I've read about doing biopsy, should I do this??
