Hi listmates,

I used to suffer a lot from hemorrhoids, migraine and hypoglycemia but after
I stopped coffee, cigarette and gluten it improved a lot.

My question to you is: could hemorrhoids be related to accidental ingestion
of gluten. Two days ago, I used champagne vinegar from Spice Islands
company in a recipe. The ingredient list says: champagne wine vinegar,
sulfites, acetic acid. Could it be the sulfites ? I am sure that
everything else was GF, because these past days it was so hot in montreal
that I ate very little, just eggs and fish and vegetable. So I suspect
the vinegar. An hour after eating that meal, I felt bloated and "a little
bad" celiac like.

A day after that, so last night in the middle of the night, I woke up in
pain with hemorrhoids. To me it is such an awfull pain that I always feel I
am going to faint when I have it. My face becomes livid white. My whole
body becomes very hot and I feel so weak all over. I had to alternate
between the toilet and laying down on the bathroom floor to be sure not to
faint. I used Anusol and after an hour I could go back to sleep. This
morning, I still feel terribly weak in my whole body, I feel like crying, my
muscles feel weak and I could be hypoglycemic at the moment.

Do you think it is related to CD or gluten or is it what a normal hemorrhoid
episode. If so, what cause hemorrhoids.

Thanks in advance for your always precious help.
