I was traveling to Penn State University this week and asked list
members about eating and resources for gf items.

A list member passed along information about a home-based company called
Gluten Free 4 Me.

I checked out their web site at www.glutenfree4me.com and every looked
delicious. But..you never know until you try gf products.

The company is run by Cindy and Rex Sutherland and Rex actually works on
the campus. I spoke to them over the phone and placed and order.

I even got delivery (how often do you get that kind of service!) on
campus by Rex.

How are the products...really terrific.

The muffins are excellent (they don't taste gf and they are not
dense, dry, or heavy like some gf items).

They make a Pennsylvania delicacy "whoopie pies". Delicious also.

There is a long list of items with pics on their web site.

I got an order to bring home with me to try out more items so I am still
exploring their great goods.

They do work with their local support groups and Cindy does a
presentation on cooking. (It sounds like it would make a great book.) ve
been told that they routinely ship to the areas that are in one day via
UPS and sometimes...slightly further in the cooler months. They want
their products to arrive fresh!

I really encourage you to check out their site, and be jealous, if you
aren't near enough to enjoy their products on a regular basis!

(I have no financial interest in the company. They just make great
stuff!)
