I've just spoken to the folks at Sara Lee/Hillshire Farms. They assured me
that all of the Deli Select cold cuts are gluten free. In fact, all of
their products are gf, with the exception of their Fresh Beer Brats and
their Corn Dogs. This is great news, especially as the Deli Selects come
packaged in a Glad Ware container... perfect for travelling!
