Hi all,
        Thanks for the great exchange of ideas and help!

        Does anyone have good gf recipes for buckwheat pancakes or other good
uses for buckwheat?  I find myself with a bunch of buckwheat and no way
to use it!  I had a recipe I liked for pancakes, but I think it was
thrown away with the box it was printed on during a recent move.  I
will summarize.  Thanks!
