Hello List Mates,
Last week I issued a query on the ListServ regarding our common experiences with gluten-free oats. I consolidated the replies and posted them in a summary a few days later. At that time I also mentioned that I was experimenting with a different species of oat that is very low on the allergen scale. Today I posted the results of my research and I wanted to share my findings with all of you. For the rest of the story, please check out my latest post: "Do Gluten-Free Oats Look Better Naked?: http://www.notevenacrumb.com/#tp

Could this “naked oat” be the Holy Grail to satisfy our gluten-free oat cravings? I'd love your opinion.
And thanks again for all of your great comments during my search.
