Thank you for your recommending places to eat in
the Binghamton/ Vesatl area. I appreciate your help!
The summary is as follows:

We have a favorite Indian restaurant, right on Main
street in downtown Binghamton, a little "hole in the
wall" but the owners are terrific, and make me
everything they can with no offending ingredients, and
it always tastes good. Price is quite moderate. It
is right in the middle of the block between the HSBC
bank and the Boscov's (I think-don't usually shop there).
If you tell them what you want but what to not include,
they will come up with something.

The grill restaurant opposite Wegman's in the Giant
Mall, also opposite the Court Jester athletic club is
also very accommodating. Nice place, a little ]
atmosphere. Moderate in price, also.

There is a very nice restaurant called PS out in Vestal,
and I am pretty sure they cook everything to order.
a bit pricier. I don't know the exact address, but it
is along the Vestal Parkway.

Oh- one more thing, if you have the opportunity, try a
spiedie! They come in chicken, pork and beef, usually,
chunks of meat, marinated in a sauce made locally, (the
local sauce is also gf, by the way) and then grilled,
just don't have them put it on the usual bun.
The Lost Dog Cafe in Binghamton is good. They know about Celiac Disease.
Hi- there's an Outback Steakhouse at 3140 Vestal Parkway. Red Lobster,
Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse nearby.
  Thanks again! Samantha
