Does anyone have a recipe for this? I only made
gnocchi once and it was before my husband was
diagnosed with CD, so I cannot remember whether they
call for eggs or not (baby diagnosed with egg
allergy).

I searched the archives and found one egg-free recipe
with metric measurements calling for potatoes, GF
flour mix(unspecified) and salt. I guess I'm
wondering if anyone has a tried and true recipe to
share and can also tell me what flour mix works best.

Thanks in advance and I promise to summarize!

PS- My search for cornmeals/polentas found through
online GF sources has come up dry except for sites
selling cornbread mixes.
