My daughter want's to have a big thanksgiving dinner this year and being the one who has to cook it I wouldn't mind if it meant just cooking an item here and there until Turkey day. Can I make up the dough and freeze it unbaked? Or better yet, roll it out in sheets like you can buy in the store and freeze it that way. Anyone tried it?

ps: can you freeze stuffing? Just want to get a head start on the stuff that takes forever!:)
