Hello everyone!

I am learning alot about gluten intolerance from everyone's input, and
have been a non-diagnosed celiac for just a few months. The medical
community wants to begin all sorts of invasive testing now, but don't
take gluten intolerance seriously. What is the simplest test for this?
I seem to have all the symptoms and appear to be going through a hyper-
sensitive stage. Is this typical?

Luckily, the chronic heartburn has subsided with gf diet, but I have
also cut down caffeine comsumption by 80%. Do non-dairy creamers
contain gluten typically?

I apologize for asking so many questions; I am beginning to see a little
light now. Many of my symptoms also fit the Candidas (candidasis) or
yeast disease pretty well (especially sugar sensitivity and yeast
infections). Perhaps this is a symptom of celiac disease or vice versa.
Please advise. My dad is gf and my sister is on the candidas diet.

Thanks for your help,
Susan
