Saw the wonderful post about Princess Cruises and it reminded me that I'm
hoping to do a Holland America cruise as part of a family group.   Anyone
have any experience with them? I reached out to their special dining
services seven weeks ago and they have been less than cooperative.  Besides
being GF, I don't eat meat, pork or shellfish and was hoping to figure out
if this will really work.
