thank you everyone for the great replies.  I am at a quandary.  I am waiting for the dr to call me/next appt to see what he wants to do .  I want to start the diet and in fact tried some of this type of food with her and was surprised to find she felt fine while eating it, unlike with gluten foods, she stops while eating and says i cant eat anymore because my stomach hurts (burning cramping diarrhea)  huh  you all are so right but i cant do all this without at least this dr believing that this child (daughter moriya) has cd ?? right ??
