I recently bought some rice flour from Arrowhead Mills.  I called them
to see if it was a gf environment.  What they told me was that they
produce wheat flour also but when they change lines they give away the
first 50 lbs of the rice flour, then proceed to test for gluten.
Somehow I prefer a exclusively gf Co. like Miss Robens etc.  Am I being
too fussy or do other people feel the same way?
