Hi Sorry this took so long I was away. I had many responces.

Hungrey Jack (which I bought and tried no problem){Pillsbury said to read
   the ingredients if it had gluten or any ingredients we shouldn't have it
   would say. I called them.}

One person suggested with added seasonings it makes a great coating for
chicken sticks.
