My original question was "For those who have or had DH - how long did it
take to be rid of the DH after starting a gluten-free diet (without taking
Dapsone)?

Results:

Immediate - 2

2 months -1

3-5 months - 2

One person was 50% clear at 3 months and 90% at 6 months

6 - 11 months - 4

1 year - 18 mos. - 3

2-3 years - 2

Never - 2

Two people mentioned that DH can be set off by ingesting iodine (as in
iodized salt) or by sunlight.
