I sent a message to Castleberry's Food Co. asking about their Cattle

Dear Sidona Ryan:

This is in reference to your e-mail concerning our Cattle Drive Chicken
Chili With Beans. You were wondering if this product contained gluten.

Please be advised that there are no wheat, oats, barley or rye
ingredients added to this product. If you were concerned about the
modified food starch listed as an ingredient in this product, please be
advised that it is corn based.

You asked about which of our products do not contain gluten. Please be
advised that there are no wheat, oats, barley or rye ingredients added
to any of our mainline products. Examples of some of these are
Castleberry's Beef Stew, Brunswick Stew, Chili With Beans, Chili No
Beans, Corned Beef Hash, Barbecue Pork, Barbecue Beef, Hot Dog Chili

I hope that this information will be helpful to you.
