Summary – thank you for all of your responses. They were informative and
encouraging. Although this is all anecdotal evidence, it is still
interesting and helpful to hear about others experience.

Migraines:

One person stated that after 30 years of migraines they went away after
going gluten free.

Many people mentioned that they had or knew someone with migraines, which
resolved after going on a gluten free diet. Others mentioned that migraines
resolved after other food allergies were discovered. Some people stated that
after going gluten free they still have migraines.

Vertigo:

One person stated it would be prudent to investigate environmental allergens

One person stated that they had a bout of vertigo prior to celiac diagnosis.

 One person had migraines and vertigo that improved after going gluten free.
Another person had a family member whose vertigo improved after going gluten
free. Other people had experience with vertigo not improving after going
gluten free.

 Some people wrote that vertigo could be a neurological manifestation of
celiac disease.
