Obviously, any ice cream with cookies, cookie dough, etc is not gluten free.
I think any of us can figure that out rather quickly.  These "cookie"
ice creams, however, are fairly new trends (in the past 3 years or
so) and I know I have seen MANY celiac lists that list ice cream in the
"NOT ALLOWED" list.  That's utterly ridiculous to me considering MOST
ice creams appear to be gluten free!

Someone wrote to me earlier that mono and di-glycerides were not gluten
free.  I've never heard this before - is it true?
