I don't know anything about this product, but if it does contain wheat
starch I personally wouldn't use it. The product I use is Old Dutch
Salsa Picante. It's made/distributed by Old Dutch Foods, Inc., St.
Paul, MN 55113. It's really a wonderful tasting salsa. Even my
gluten-eating husband prefers it over any other he's tasted. At a
family gathering once my mother-in-law set it out because she knew I
could eat it, and everyone else commented on how much they liked it.

Ingredients are: tomatoes, water, bell peppers, green chile peppers,
dehydrated chopped onion, jalapeno peppers, salt, spices, dehydrated
garlic (no starch or vinegar). I checked with the company once and they
checked with their supplier and returned my call. The spices are pure,
no fillers. I asked my local grocery store to carry it. That was on a
Wednesday. The fellow said, "If we can get it, we'll have it by
Saturday." I went in on Saturday and there it was with the other
salsas. I've been a loyal customer ever since. I hope others on this
list will make the effort to try it. It's really tasty and I know
you'll like it. I would think the company would be happy to enlarge
their market.

Best wishes.
