Am sending a summary on sorghum flour.  I would like you to all know that the reviews on sorghum flour were extremely favorable.  Only one person said they had a reaction to do.  Everyone said they loved cooking with this flour and it is also more nutritious.

Miss Robens sells it, also a company out of Nebraska was recommended.  They have a web site it is - www.twinvalleymills.com
