Another reminder - the Celiac Disease Foundation is meeting this Sunday,
Nov. 2, in Los Angeles at Andrew Norman Hall, Orthapaedic Hospital, 2400 S.
Flower Street. 1 to 4 p.m., with a minimal charge of $2/adult to help cover
costs.
 
Bette Hagman will be featured, and all three of her cookbooks will be
available to purchase.  Also, Joan Wade of Sylvan Border Farm(w/ GF bread &
cookie mixes), Steve Rice of Authentic Foods (maker of those great bean
flours & mixes), Geoff Thomas with his Jowar products (just tried the flour
& I can hardly wait to do more baking with it), and Nancy Wood (Van's
waffles that make breakfast such a pleasure these days) will be
participating.  A foodie's paradise!
