After I posted my question about whether Twinlabs sublingual B-12 are gf, I
contacted the company and they assured me they are. The cherry flavor comes
from cherries, and the mannitol comes from corn. So I must have reacted to
something else.

Here are the responses I received:
yes, they are gf, but man oh man, I had such a wierd oral reaction to
them. it was truly the worst tasting thing I've ever put in my mouth.
It was just soooo wierd.

I've switched to Jarrow sublingual B-12 and looove it.

iherb.com has fantastic prices on it. and it's the methylcobalmin - the
most biologically active B-12 so our bodies don't have to do anything to
convert it.
