I'm getting many requests for Passover recipes as a result of posting
the caveat about kosher for Passover.

The best advice I have for anyone wanting recipes, and this includes
celiacs who are not observing Passover, who want gluten-free recipes as
well, is to obtain Jewish cookbooks that either are for Passover or have
Passover chapters, especially a section labeled "non-gebrochts." The
latter will be totally gluten-free, because "non-gebrochts" elimate
anything that rises...any grain, including wheat.

In the meantime, I haven't taken out my Passover stuff yet, so it may be
awhile before I can post any of my recipes.
