I recently read an article regarding Fosteum (Genistein) as an option for osteoporosis.
It is made from soybeans which contain "genistein" a plant estrogen along with vitamin D and zinc and requires a prescription. It indicated it was safer than the bisphosphonates, Miacalin, Forteo, Evista, and estrogen replacements. Of course it mentioned if you had breast cancer already it would not be good to take it.
I would like to know if any of the list members has heard anything about it or have taken it and the results.
