My mother purchased a Manor House turkey at Safeway yesterday and gave it to us for Thanksgiving. It never occurred to her that there could be gluten in it--she has no idea the wide variety of things gluten can be in. Anyway, the turkey was injected with an 8% solution and it states on the label that there in no gluten in the solution. I just thought I'd pass that on for anyone who's looking for a holiday bird.
