A food chemist friend gave me a bag of rice starch some time ago.  I said
thank you and put it away.  Now realize I've no idea what to do with the
stuff.  Am embarrassed to ask him, as he thinks I know whatever is
necessary to feed a celiac.  Any suggestions?  Gayle Kennedy
