Hello listfolks,

Please check out the article beginning on page 80 of the February Allure
Magazine & see if it doesn't make you want to e-mail the under-informed
author. She talks about how 'claims' of wheat and/or gluten allergy are like
the "disease du jour" among the "health food set" and seriously undermines our
efforts to inform the world. It discusses allergy, intolerance and, finally,
celiac but seriously plays down the likelihood of most people being seriously
affected by either gluten or wheat. I intend to e-mail the magazine once I
cool down & can write a rational, informed response.
