Thanks for the many replies regarding condiment packets. Below is a
summary of the responses:

- Try Annie's Naturals for packets of GF salad dressing, 1-800-434-1234,
Ext. 313.

- Annie's Naturals packets are also available from the Gluten Free Pantry
(www.glutenfreepantry.com) and the Gluten Free Trading Company
(1-888-993-9933).

- Heinz ketchup and Hellmann's mayonnaise are GF. Individual packets can
be purchased from restaurant supply houses, wholesale grocers, or warehouse
clubs such as Sam's Club, B.J.'s, or Costco's. However, you will hhave to
buy large quantities!

- Request extra packets at your favorite fast foot restaurant. Burger King
ketchup is GF. McDonald's ketchup and salad dressing are GF.

-- Some people buy packets from McDonald's for $.25 or $.30 each.

- Visit www.gfutah.org/eatout and check out McDonald's under the fast food
section.

- Kroger supermarkets sell Hellmann's salad dressing packets at their salad
bar.

- In Michigan you can get packets at Gordon Food Services.

- Try small deli, speciality markets or good health food stores. They can
special order for you.
