Two more suggestions for gf breadcrumbs:
Steven J. Singer, president of Glutino Foods says their website will be up
and running shortly, and recommends Dr. Schar breadcrumbs, whichhe says are
gf and kosher.

Carol of NJ says...

Take a big bad of gf corn tortilla chips and put them in the food
processor. I store the crumbs in the freezer. It makes great fried
chicken or fish and is fairly inexpensive. Don't add salt to your
meat.

Thanks, all.

Linda
