Thank you for your interest in Atlanta Bread Company products.  This message is in response to your inquiry regarding gluten-free products on our menu.



Please note: Atlanta Bread Company is not a gluten-free environment due to our high volume of bread production and service.  Therefore there is a risk of contamination with wheat, barley and rye flours.



You were particularly interested in the Spiced Chai Tea.   Per our phone conversation, the mix used does not contain gluten but per the manufacturer, there is a risk of gluten exposure due to equipment sharing.



Here is a sample list of additional menu items that do not include any wheat, rye or barley ingredients based on our most current nutrition facts and ingredient listings:

   Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS: honeydew melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, white seedless grapes, strawberries, red seedless grapes, kiwi.

   House Salad

INGREDIENTS: romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumber, fresh mushrooms, shredded carrots

   Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS: romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, feta cheese (pasteurized milk and skim milk, salt, enzymes and vegetable coagulant), Greek pepperoncini, pitted calamata olives, fresh red onion

   Balsamic Bleu Salad

INGREDIENTS: fresh tomatoes, mixed field greens, Greenleaf lettuce, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking. natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor)), walnuts, granny smith apples, fresh red onion

   Salad Dressings (examples):
      Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing


INGREDIENTS: soybean oil, water, balsamic vinegar, vinegar, salt, sugar, spice, basil, natural flavoring, xanthan gum, lemon, onion, propylene glycol and less than 0.1% sodium benzoate added as a preservative

      Greek Dressing


INGREDIENTS: water, soybean oil, feta cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), white wine vinegar, salt, contains less than 2% of olive oil, garlic, sugar, spices, lemon juice concentrate, garlic juice, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives), propylene glycol alginate, onion juice, xanthan gum, onion, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor.

      Salad dressings are provided with labels in the local store.



Of course you can continue to enjoy our wonderful teas and coffees.
