Recently I tried making bread in my bread machine with almond flour. I
used mostly white rice flour, tapioca flour and a total of about 3/4 cup
of almond flour. This was almond flour I had ordered from Hughson Nut
Co. 1-888-484-2126.

The results were amazing. It rose much better than with all white
flour(the top of the bread was dome shape, not sunk in the middle) also
the texture was wonderful, not so dense, and the bread was much softer
and lighter. Very much like store bought bread. I was just so thrilled
with the results, I cannot tell you what an improvement it was over all
white flours.
