Listmates,

I have a friend who is a newly diagnosed celiac and she lives in
Ganado.  The closest larger city is Victoria.  She does not travel to
San Antonio, Houston, or Corpus Christi.  Do any of you have
information on being a celiac in this part of Texas--restaurants,
health food stores, or grocery stores with gluten-free items?  Thanks
for your help.
