Thanks to all who wrote thanking me for my suggestion to include the
words 'Gluten free' on their labels.  Janet wrote: 'Any time I inquire
about something I say I will share the results with 3,000 other celiacs
who would be interested and eager to also know the information.'
Whatever you choose to write, I think that these food manufacturers must
be repeatedly advised as to the numbers of Celiacs in the US.  Can't hurt!
