You may find that if you buy pre-ground coffee in a tin, it could be
contaminated with wheat, unless it is 100% COFFEE.  Sometimes wheat is cut
in to extend it.

The adulteration of coffee is something that I remember from a very vague
memory, so I could be wrong...but in so many cases freshly ground coffee is
better ANYWAY it might be worth investing in a grinder and beans if you
don't already have one...
