Hi list mates!  I just had a weekend in celiac heaven.  I attended the
GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group) annual education conference in Tacoma, WA.
Wonderful, delicious food -- everywhere!  Let me tell you, GIG really
knows how to throw a party!  I ate until I thought I would pop!  If I
could have weekends like this more often, I may be able to reclaim some
of the weight I lost in the last six months.  I thought I'd never say
