Hi!  I need a little help.  My celiac daughter and I (also celiac) will be
traveling through Nashville and Asheville in two weeks.  We will be staying
in the Brentwood area in Nashville and then through Asheville.  Would love a
local restaurant suggestion for each.  Searched the archives and there were
several recommendations for Nashville but it was 1998 and was hoping to get a
more recent recommendation.  Thanks a lot! We especially love omelets and
