I was diagnosed with Celiac in February 2003.  My youngest sister was recently tested and her IGA Serum was 645, but Endomysial and Anti-Gliadin AB panels were negative for Celiac.  She has alot of the same symptoms that I had.  Anyone have any idea what the "Out of Range" IGA Serum of 645 could mean, her doctor wasn't sure????
