I received one last response that should be added to my summary that
I sent in yesterday.

One person sent me a note today saying that she had read somewhere
(but can't remember exactly where she read it) that the tubed Wasabi
is NOT gf. So make sure to read the label before using. The
ingredients on the tube she had are: powdered horseradish, mustard
and artificial color
(including yellow #5). Anyone have any info about these last two
items?
