I live in Scotland and will be travelling to the East coast of America
in a few months time and wondered if any one could advise me of stores
that sell GF foods.

I will be staying one week in each of the following locations:
Atlantic Beach, NC
Hilton Head Island, SC
Marble Hill, Georgia
I would like to buy GF bread, pasta and cookies. My accommodation is
self catering, which seems the easy option with a Wheat Allergy.
However, if anyone knows of sympathetic restaurants in these areas, I
would be delighted.
