Anyone know who the very top people are in the US that can spot Celiac (or
anything else that can cause excessive fatigue and gas) in a biopsy that is
likely to be overlooked by average-joe pathologists?

I'm not leaving anything up to chance, and I'll have the slides sent to
Jupiter if I have to!
