Listserv emails are now available through RSS feeds, which use a technology
called XML to deliver headlines and summaries to your Web browser.

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" -- it's a format for distributing
and gathering content from sources across the Web, including newspapers,
magazines, blogs, and most recently, the Celiac Listserv.

RSS is a technique to read email without having each and every message sent
to your mail box.

Where to find the "RSS feed" link to the Celiac Listserv: The link to the
RSS feed can be found by logging into the Web Based Listserv, then clicking
on the RSS tab. Just copy (or drag) the link from this page to your RSS
Reader (RSS news aggregator) and you are finished.

This technique is great for those that would like to reduce the volume of
mail to their mailbox or have an alternate way for reading the messages at
work.

Here is the link:

If you have trouble with the Link, here is a shorted version:

You can also access the RSS feed icon at the archive WEB page at:

This RSS feed can now be read through multiple techniques:

Yahoo
Google mail
There are three of 4 stand alone programs
Internet Explorer is also an option.

I do not have a large background in the use of RSS feeds. It seems simple.
So if you need help drop me a note.

For those interested you can than set your mail to nomail. This will allow
you to remain a member but not receive the messages in your mailbox.

This is done by sending an email to:

[log in to unmask]

In the body of the message, put

Set celiac nomail
