Dear Friends,

I am looking into a supplement for my husband who has CD and is lactose intolerant. I have a pretty good handle on the CD, but not as good on the lactose intolerance. Does anyone know about whey protein? These are the ingredients of the Mus-L Blast supplement. Has anyone used it for weight gain? Does anyone who is lactose intolerant know if this would be OK for my husband?

I forgot to include the list of ingredients on my previous post: Whey protein concentrate, maltodextrine, fructose, lecithin, beet powder, medium chain triglycerides, natural and artificial flavors.

VITAMINS & MINERALS: ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, dl-alpha iocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, calcium pantothenate, vitamin A palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide and cyanocobalamin.

How do these measure up for CD and lactose intolerance?

Thanks!

JAne
